Registration

Online registration for The Midwest Alpaca Jamboree will be available through September 1st OR until all stalls have sold out. If stalls sell out prior to the deadline we will post that information here. Maximizing the space available by sharing stalls with other farms is highly encouraged.

After registering online please be sure to hit submit. This will allow your registration to be recorded in our data base. You then will receive an email from us confirming your online show registration. This email will be your show receipt and contains instructions on where to send your ARI Certs and payment.

PLEASE NOTE: Your registration will not be finalized until ARI Certs and payments have been received. It is not necessary to contact the show Superintendent to confirm receipt of payment. If we have not received payment postmarked by September 1st - sit tight - WE WILL CONTACT YOU!

Substitutions will ONLY be allowed for verified medical emergencies after the September 1st deadline - Contact Kim Tollers (info@alpacaplanet.com) to discuss substitutions.

Animal Health Requirements for the 2007 Midwest Alpaca Jamboree:

All alpacas entering the North Iowa Fairgrounds must be accompanied by a current Certificate of Veterinary Inspection.All alpacas must be microchipped or ear tagged with that number recorded for each animal on the Certificate of Veterinary Inspection. An Individual negative BVDV PCR or VI test is required for each alpaca entering the North Iowa Fairgrounds. Test date and results must be recorded on the Certificate of Veterinary Inspection. You will be asked for your Certificate of Veterinary Inspection before unloading your alpacas.

2007 Fiber Sample SpinOff Information
The SpinOff is a great way to showcase your alpaca's fiber and get valuable feedback from experienced handspinners. To allow adequate time for spinning and judging, fleece samples must be postmarked by July 6, 2007!
